Business Analyst / Equities Futures / global tier 1 IB (ref. jc/bm/equities/fin)

A market-leading tier 1 investment bank is now looking for a Business Manager to sit within Futures/Equities Finance. This Business Manager will report into the global business manager for this group and the responsibilities will consist of the following:

Maintain close relationships with the key support functions to ensure control of the Front to Back process for the Futures business is maintained to manage Operational risk and improve effectiveness and efficiency within the business.

Own the 'Business Control Committee' process for Europe, collation, monitoring and presentation of KRI's for the support functions to the Global management team in order to ensure a strong control environment for the business. Act upon risk items to ensure ownership is taken and risks are mitigated.

Working with the Treasury manager in operations, the COO has oversight of the collateral and margining process to ensure that efficiencies and revenues are maximised. Develop management reporting to measure performance.

Responsible for the annual operating plan / budgeting process for this group.
