Head of Implementation Management, Outsourcing. £85K (ref. R/000949)

Head of Implementation Management is required for our client a large global outsourcer. They are looking for a strong Programme Manager and an individual who will
be responsible for Implementation Management across multiple customers.

You will be responsible for the Implementation Department in the UK, as well as supporting Internationalisation Strategy's. You will be accountable for customers in the build phase of projects, and have project responsibility during the implementation phase for customer solutions. You will be leading and managing complex solutions for clients in the build phase, as well as implementing professional project management for work packages. You will drive and lead efficient implementation of commercial processes for solution management as well as prepare production-ready orders for various customers.

You will need to have a strong Telecommunications background and ideally a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent. You will need to be experienced in leading and managing change, as well as have strong decision making process. You will need to be able to work at a strategic level and have managed BIG deals previously.
