Programme Manager/Director (Investment Banking) (ref. MIRZA/PRG_MGR)

You will need to:

* High-level understanding of key Investment Banking products e.g. Equities, Derivatives,
Bonds, FX, Credit, Money Markets, Repos
* In depth knowledge of the front to back trade lifecycle, processes associated with financial markets
and in particular, extensive exposure to Front to Back processing systems and processes
* Good understanding of the fundamentals of market, credit and operational risk
* A proven track record of programme and project management within the Investment Banking
industry
* Specifically, full-life cycle experience for applications development, reengineering and
decommissioning programmes.
* Given the large number of consumers and supplier groups involved, candidates are specifically
sought with experience of managing programmes involving multiple teams and complex/ matrix
reporting lines.
* Thus, a highly structured approach to programme management and governance key requirement.
* As is the ability to influence key decision makers, peer groups and functions outside direct control.
* The ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization including senior business sponsors and key service providers (both IT and business)

Education / Qualifications

* Educated to degree level
* Professional qualification or similar e.g. qualified accountant, project management, MBA
* Senior Vice President/ Director level equivalent
