OSS Tool Set Consultant (ref. R/000951)

OSS Toolset Solutions Manager is required by our client, a large global Telecoms organisation. You will play a key role in the improvement of the existing OSS Architecture across the business. With the organisation utilising multiple toolsets, the OSS Consultant will be responsible for ensuring current systems are utilised effectively, and selling the benefits of other tools/systems to other business areas.

The OSS Toolset Solutions Manager will be expected to interact at a senior level with senior managers, chief architects and directors locally and internationally within the organisation, customers and suppliers. You will have ITIL expertise, as well as a proven experience in driving business value from OSS tool solutions, as well as a strong general IT knowledge. You will have worked within the Telecoms industry previously, and have experience of facing into various business areas, both technically and at strategic level.
